Smart Solutions for Healthier Buildings
Living or working in an urban environment shouldn’t mean compromising the air we breathe. But sometimes, symptoms such as shortness of breath, mild nausea, headaches or light-headedness get confused for common colds or job stress, rather than recognized as air quality issues. Air quality is greatly affected by gasoline-powered vehicles, and when those vehicles approach or enter buildings (via parkades and loading docks), the risk of toxic exhaust gases seeping into work or living spaces is greatly increased.
At Gasonic, we strongly believe gas-powered vehicles were never meant to be driven into buildings, period. But since our cold Canadian winters seem to demand it, we work diligently to monitor indoor air quality through providing superior carbon monoxide (CO) monitoring equipment, service calibration, commercial safety awareness and public education.
